November starts with things coming to the surface and a few things finally making sense.

Mercury cazimi in Scorpio on November 4th brings a spotlight to information, conversations, and truths that may have been hiding just beneath the surface. Sometimes you know something isn’t quite right, but you can’t put your finger on it. This is the kind of energy that can help connect the dots.

Of course, that brings us to the Chinese zodiac sign of the month: the Pig.

The Pig is the finisher of the Chinese zodiac, coming in to tie up loose ends and bring things to a summation as we approach the end of 2026. Pigs are known for caring deeply about others and throwing a fabulous soirée. They’re generous, loving, and know how to enjoy life.

But they can also be a little oblivious to what’s really going on.

Sound familiar?

The month carries Yin Earth energy, while the Pig’s underlying element is Water. Think of asking the sand on a beach to control the tides of the ocean. Good luck with that.

When I was younger, someone told me that what I was doing with my life was like pushing water.

I had absolutely no idea what that meant, so my friend said, “Okay, fill up your sink with water.”

I did.

“Now push all the water to one side of the sink.”

I laughed and said I couldn’t.

She explained that the water simply moves around you. You can’t force it to do what you want. You have to work with its flow instead of fighting against it.

Let’s take that visual a little further.

Imagine throwing a handful of sand into that sink full of water. What happens?

The water gets cloudy. You can’t see clearly through it anymore. But eventually, the sand settles at the bottom. Some grains sink quickly, while others take a little longer.

That’s the energy we’re working with this month.

You can’t force the water to behave, and you can’t make the sand settle any faster than it does.

So take a breath. Feel your emotions instead of fighting them. Use the Pig’s generous energy to care for the people you love, and maybe even show a little kindness to someone who gets on your last nerve.

Throw a fun get-together! Enjoy yourself!

And if things feel muddy or confusing, give them time to settle before making big decisions.

Especially because Mercury is retrograde until November 13th.

Until then, take time for the re’s: rethink, redo, revisit, and rework.

Seriously. You don’t have to figure everything out today.

New Moon in Scorpio | November 9

As if we needed any more Scorpio energy after everything we’ve been working through this year!

The New Moon in Scorpio gives us an opportunity to look at the deeper transformations we’ve been going through and decide what we want to carry forward into 2027.

What have you learned about yourself this year? What are you no longer willing to tolerate? And what needs to change if you’re going to create the life you actually want?

This Moon can bring a sense of urgency to get moving on new projects. You may suddenly feel ready to take action and leave the past behind.

That’s great. Just don’t confuse feeling impatient with being ready.

Mercury and Venus are both still retrograde, so use this time to get clear about what you want before you charge ahead.

The good news? Both planets go direct on November 13th, helping us begin to move forward with greater clarity.

Venus is also in her home sign of Libra, reminding us of the importance of balance, relationships, and making peace with ourselves and others.

You don’t have to rush the process. Sometimes the most important part of moving forward is understanding what you’re moving away from.

Mars Conjunct Jupiter in Leo | November 15

Have you been feeling a little lackluster lately? Like you have ideas and plans but just can’t seem to get the motivation to do anything about them?

I’ve got good news for you!

Mars conjunct Jupiter in Leo brings a big dose of fire, confidence, and drive. This is the kind of energy that can help you reconnect with your ambition and feel excited about what’s possible again.

It’s time to get moving!

Just be careful not to go overboard with your optimism. Jupiter likes to make everything bigger, and Mars wants to act NOW. Put those two together, and you might find yourself taking on ten projects when you barely have time for two.

You don’t need to do everything at once.

Instead, think about where you want to direct your energy and what would genuinely move you closer to your goals.

Full Moon in Gemini | November 24

Ever find yourself scrolling through social media for five minutes, only to look up an hour later wondering where the hell the time went?

Yeah. Me too.

The Full Moon in Gemini brings attention to the way we use our minds, our words, and our time. Gemini loves information, conversation, and having a little bit of everything going on.

The problem is that sometimes we have TOO MUCH of everything going on.

Too much scrolling. Too much talking. Too many distractions. Too many ideas bouncing around in our heads without actually doing anything with them.

This Full Moon is an opportunity to recognize where you might be spreading yourself too thin and make some adjustments.

Pay attention to your conversations, too. When emotions and thoughts are running fast, it’s easy to say too much, speak before thinking, or hurt someone’s feelings without meaning to.

You don’t have to share every thought that pops into your head. I promise.

Look at where you can simplify, quiet the mental noise, and make room for something more meaningful.

You can also find 2° Gemini in your birth chart. The house containing that degree can tell you more about the area of life where you may need to make adjustments.

For example, in my chart, this Full Moon falls in my 6th house of occupation and health.

For me, that could mean finding new ways to create social media content for my business instead of getting lost in scrolling. It could also inspire me to develop better health practices and build on all the healing I’ve been doing over the last couple of years.

I’m all for anything that helps me use my time and energy more intentionally!

What about you? Where could you cut through the noise and make room for something better?
